Your new role- Routine daily credit control responsibilities.- Communicating with customers about payments and overdue amounts through phone, email, and mail, including sending reminder letters.
- Negotiating payment plans tailored to customer needs.
- Accurately allocating payments and coding the system.
- Conducting credit checks and implementing restrictions when necessary.
