The Service Design Analyst is a key role leading the design and transformation of the Southeast London Pathology network.
You will work closely with Transformation Leads, Project Managers and Senior Managers across the organisation covering Laboratories, Estates, Logistics and IT. Confirming how the future laboratories will function, what equipment is required and how it will be used.
In addition to working with senior manager across Synnovis, Guy's and St. Thomas' Hospitals, King's College Hospital, Princess Royal University Hospital, Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals and local CCG networks. A key part of the role will also require engaging with key external suppliers, ensuring the equipment, consumables and services are delivered to deadlines and are fit for purpose.
A large amount of job satisfaction is gained from being able to lead on designing new laboratory spaces at an early stage right though to implementation. This involves creating floor plans, process maps, workflow diagrams, resource and capacity assessments.
