Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with a client-side developer who has been successfully delivering regeneration and investment projects to towns and cities across the country.
The business has recently won more significant bids for major regeneration projects through its venture platform. These projects, in addition to the existing pipeline, have created the need to further strengthen the team through the appointment of an Assistant Project Manager.
The preferred candidate will ideally have 1-2 years of experience assisting in the delivery of commercial, residential and/or mixed-use developments through the full project life cycle. The successful candidate may also be a recent graduate, possessing a BSc(Hons) Construction Project Management who wants to kickstart their career.
