Customer Success Manager

REED are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from our client's products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey and helping them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Onboard new customers and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of our products.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to drive customer retention and growth.
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer success or account management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer success tools is a plus.
