They've got a **great culture here, in a recent employee survey two of the most common topics reported were; the **project work is really interesting, and the **staff culture is great. It's probably no surprise then that their **retention rate is incredibly high, with the average tenure of Engineers is currently 12 years - however they've got several team members that have far exceeded this.

They're based in **central Edinburgh, and are able to offer **hybrid working or largely remote - they'd prefer people to pop in when needed (1-2-1's, SPRINTs, Project planning etc). So you'll ideally be based in commutable distance to Edinburgh.

In return they're able to offer a **salary of £50k to £60k, dependent on experience and fit + benefits.
