Web and App Analyst

This role will be a 3-month contract paying 550 per day Inside IR35, 3 days in a Birmingham or London office with 2 days remote

Position Overview: As a Web and App Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing user behaviour, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimise our web and app performance. Leveraging your expertise in Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Firebase, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain tracking solutions using Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, GTM, and Firebase to capture relevant data across web and app platforms.
  • Analyse user behaviour, engagement metrics, and conversion funnels to identify key trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data collection.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to evaluate website and app experiments and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance user experiences.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web and app analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working as a Web or App Analyst, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Firebase.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate actionable insights effectively.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Data Studio is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
