What You'll Do:
As a Management Accountant reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in the financial success. You'll gain full exposure to the monthly management accounts, and your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing Monthly Management Accounts: Analyse financial performance and contribute to strategic discussions that drive the business forward.
- Cost Review & Analysis: Scrutinize costs to identify areas for improvement and efficiency, ensuring we maximize profitability.
- Stock Management: Conduct thorough evaluations of stock levels, optimizing inventory control and supporting supply chain decisions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts that guide our financial planning and operational strategy.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting: Provide insightful ad-hoc reports and analysis to support key business initiatives and decision-making.
Who You Are:
- Part qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
- Detail-oriented with a flair for analysis and problem-solving.
