We are working with Oldham Council to find a Contracts and Compliance Administrator on a temporary basis.
Hourly Rate: £12.83

Length of role: Initial 3 months
We are seeking a diligent Contracts and Compliance Administrator to support our Procurement team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Onboard new suppliers and conduct due diligence for supplier changes.
- Maintain the team's live contracts register accurately.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Manage busy team inboxes and ensure timely responses.
- Perform administrative duties to support the Head of Procurement and Category team.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring initiative and the ability to think on your feet.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity with P2P or finance payment systems, such as Agresso, is highly beneficial.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced team workload.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Good initiative and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
