We are seeking a Cleaner to join our friendly team working on a private country estate, located near Tonbridge, Kent. The successful candidate will have high standards that are required to maintain the estate properties to an exacting level of cleanliness and presentation . Reporting to the Housekeeper, you will be comfortable working on your own and also as part of the team; previous domestic cleaning experience is preferred, but training will be given. 5 weeks holiday, an annual bonus, a 5% pension contribution and a uniform are part of the package.
Due to the rural location, the successful candidate will require a vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning the main house and other properties on the estate
Laundry
Being part of the team and assisting guests during social events
Kitchen assistance - the house handles a lot of produce grown on the estate so the ideal candidate would be comfortable with handling fruit and veg, jam making etc.
Hours:
4 day week (32hrs per week)
Flexible on which days are worked
Occasional weekends with the opportunity for overtime
