Job Title: Weekend Retail Assistant
Location: Norwich
Salary: £12 per hour
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Weekends Only)

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Upsell on additional products
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Requirements:
Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
