Assistant SENCO - Primary School

This primary school is renowned for its strong commitment to providing an inclusive education where every child is encouraged to thrive, regardless of their abilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the SENCO, working with a diverse group of pupils, and implementing strategies to meet their specific needs.
Role responsibilities:
- Assist the SENCO in managing the provision for children with SEN across the school
- Support teachers in identifying and addressing the needs of pupils with SEN
- Help with the coordination and implementation of EHC plans
- Liaise with parents, external agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEN children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for inclusive education and making a difference in children's lives
Pay: £130 - £160 per day
Location: Brent
Contract:Full-time, long-term position
