Your new role
In your role as a Senior Finance Manager, you'll be overseeing end-to-end finance operations, reviewing financial data and preparing monthly and annual reports to provide recommendations, be involved in year-end audits, ensure balance sheet reconciliations are prepared monthly, and undertake various project work such as process improvements, amongst other responsibilities including leading a team of qualified Management Accountants.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, and be passionate about driving data-led decisions, and working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. You'll be advanced in Excel, have the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and be driven to use your experience and initiatives to implement new processes, collaborating with other teams. You will have experience in management and enjoy developing members of your team.
