Casualty Loss Adjuster

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Casualty Adjuster to join a high-quality Claims Management business and contribute to the growth and development of the Casualty Division. This home-based role involves conducting Employer's Public, Products, and Construction liability site investigations and surveys, as well as proactive claims handling.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing a caseload of up to 80 files, ensuring effective and proactive claims handling from start to finish. You will conduct thorough site investigations and risk surveys promptly. Communication is key, liaising regularly with insurers, policyholders, witnesses, and other experts, managing their expectations throughout the claims process. You will determine the appropriate liability outcome, controlling indemnity spend, and negotiating claim resolutions.

You will understand, interpret, and apply policy cover and wording to various specialist classes. Demonstrating adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is crucial. Preparing detailed and concise reports explaining investigations, legal liability, and quantum recommendations. To be considered, you will be an experienced Loss Adjuster, specifically dealing with casualty claims, knowledge of Commercial Combined Liability Policies and CAR Policies is essential.

You will split your week 2/3 days on site, 2/3 days working from home. We can consider those that reside in and around the London area.
