Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of records and electronic files
- Inputting data into the system
- Supporting right-to-work checks
- Processing and managing compliance
- Assisting with onboarding
- Administering contracts and handling related queries
- Managing the inbox
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in data administration
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong communication skills with customers
- Ability to work accurately and promptly
- Previous administration experience is beneficial, as is an interest in compliance
