Our client needs you, it's as simple as that, and they'll make it worth your while working with them. If you are the calming and organisational voice of reason and able to problem solve and keep the client's properties profitable and safe, they can offer you an excellent career. Our client will offer you a strong market salary between £25-35k depending on how good your property juggling skills are. If you want to get the coveted ARLA training qualifications, they will work with you to obtain that as well.

Here are the perks;

  1. Paid support and study leave to help you gain your ARLA qualifications and the opportunity of furthering your skills and knowledge with training and qualification

Here are the absolute must haves;

  1. Be a human being, we need someone that understands that people get angry and that you are there to help and will probably be only too happy to do so.
  2. Have top class communication skills, be it speaking to our landlords/clients or the roofer/builder you need to have what it takes to be the glue that brings all the working parts together.
  3. Experience, and we don't mean life experience, real tangible Property Management experience, we need to know you've been through a winter as a Property Manager (if you know you know)

Our clients' offices are based in Brighton, you know it, big place, by the sea, very expensive, loads of seagulls etc. and we work exclusively with landlords in the local area. You'll need to know your way around town and have a good understanding of the way the City works.

They also have a bonus structure because they realise that the job is tough and outstanding work and performance deserves recognition.
