An exciting opportunity to join a recently established UK trade association in the financial services and tech space. Requires highly organised events manager who is keen to work with a wide range of innovative, entrepreneurial member companies and ensure the association's events are managed efficiently and professionally.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for all aspects of organising the association's events calendar, to include 6 in person events per year mainly London-based such as conferences, networking events, pitching events, panel discussions, drinks receptions, and dinners. Responsibility for end-to-end organisation including promotion and marketing of events to members and potential members.
Looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for putting on fantastic events that members love. Some previous knowledge of the financial services and/or tech sector is desirable. The role is part time and hours are flexible and would suit someone looking to work flexibly and remotely. Travel to London at least 1-2x month for team meetings and events is required.
