Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Interim Part Time Accounts Payable Officer, on an initial three-month contract. This contract has a high likelihood of extension and even permanent employment. The brand-new head office is based in central London - operating on a flexible hybrid working pattern.
The Interim Accounts Payable Officer's key responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices into the CRM system.
- Reconciling the credit cards and bank accounts.
- Maintaining the busy accounts payable inbox and answering supplier queries.
- Processing the two weekly payment runs.
The Interim Accounts Payable Officer will have:
- Experience working in Accounts Payable - able to process a high volume of invoices and answer queries.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using various finance systems and MS Office - Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint etc.
