I'm working with a global household name in the FMCG space, seeking a Marketing Data Analyst/Storyteller to help unpick insights and explore data from various sources to create engaging dashboards and reports that tell compelling stories at business performance, opportunities, and challenges.

- Circa £140 per day
You will:
- Work with the wider market insights team to deliver impactful data-driven insights and narratives across a variety of beauty-related categories
- Collect, clean, and explore data from various sources, and create engaging dashboards and reports that tell compelling stories about business performance, opportunities, and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and questions, and provide them with data-driven answers and recommendations that support their decision making and actions
- Contribute to the development of improvement of data science methodologies, standards, and best practices within the insight team
You will need:
- Strong experience in data analysis and storytelling, with the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and compelling way to various audiences, using both visual and verbal techniques
- The ability to tailor your data stories to the needs and expectations of different stakeholders, and use appropriate visualisations, narratives, and arguments to support your data-driven recommendations and actions
- Strong experience in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with the competency to use Excel to perform advanced data analysis and manipulation
- Experience using Google Analytics, PowerBI, and ideally some programming languages such as GitHub and Python
