A well-established and multi-accredited law firm in North Yorkshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Solicitor to join its Private Client department in York at partner level. You will have great flexibility as the firm operates a fantastic hybrid working policy.

Key Responsibilities:
You will have the flexibility to shape this position, with the chance to engage in various tasks, including:
- Estate planning
- Drafting wills
- Trust administration
- Handling non-contentious probate and estate administration
- Managing lasting and enduring powers of attorney
- Dealing with Inheritance Act claims
At Partner level, you'll also have the opportunity to play a larger role in team management, working closely with the department head and assisting in mentoring junior team members.
Requirements:
They are looking for a Private Client Partner who can quickly integrate within the team and build strong relationships with clients. As the ideal Private Client Partner, you will have:
- Extensive experience in Private Client work at a senior level
- A positive, commercially focused approach to providing legal advice
- Strong ability to establish rapport with clients
- Excellent client care skills
- Proven experience in successful business development and marketing initiatives
