Occupational Health Nurse Manager
Location: Birmingham or Nottingham + Homebased
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse Manager to work in Birmingham or Nottingham + Homebased on a full time permanent basis. You will need to work 2-3 days onsite in either Birmingham or Nottingham whichever is closer to you and remaining days homebased. The role will involve:
- Leading and managing a team of Occupational Health Professionals
- Ensuring clinical governance and a high standard of delivery
- Collaborate with global teams to promote a healthy and safe work environment
- Provide expert advise on occupational health matters
- Support development of health policies and procedures
- Ensure legal compliance with data protection requirements for all medical records
- Work with the Senior Leadership team to develop strategies to meet the needs of different business areas
- Develop and Implement health and wellbeing programmes
To apply you will need to be a Qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Manager with a degree or diploma in Occupational Health. You will need proven Occupational Health management and leadership experience.
Salary: £68,000 - £80,000 + Benefits
