Our client an award-winning 4* Hotel in East London, is seeking a talented F&B (Food and Beverage) Floor manager to join the team. This role covers key areas in the Hotel, working 40-hour weeks across 5 of the 7 restaurants within the site. The client offers up to £35,000 with paid overtime, training is provided, and the company offers excellent progression.

What Does the Role Entail?

Our client is seeking a dedicated and engaging F&B floor manager to manage the team on-site across the Hotel's restaurant ensuring optimal customer service. You will manage the rest of the food and beverage team to ensure the hotel standards are met. This includes but is not limited to, opening and closing, answering calls, taking food & beverage orders, and serving meals and beverages.

What Skills Will You Have?

The ideal candidate for this F&B role will be able to perform the above duties. It would be advantageous if you have experience in restaurants or Hotels. It would also be desirable if you were aware of current customer trends. Above all, you will be a hard-working, flexible, and trustworthy team player, who can support and help the company and promote colleague's growth.

What Is on Offer?

Our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000, with a 5-day working week and a discretionary bonus if targets are met. You will also be provided with additional training to ensure the best service possible.
