Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide timely feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Participate actively in school meetings, parents evenings, and professional development sessions.
- Utilize technology and innovative teaching tools to enhance instruction and student engagement.
- Support extracurricular activities and school events, contributing to the broader school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Enthusiasm and passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
- Adaptability, creativity, and resilience to meet the challenges and opportunities of teaching.
