Do you want to work in a role where you have guaranteed stock and the only Negotiator selling them?
This is an opportunity to join a really successful independent based across Totteridge and Whetstone. You'll be working directly for the client so stock will be quite literally given to you and you'll be the sole negotiator working on every sale.
Your responsibilities will align around selling the units and managing the sale process once a deal has been agreed until move in. So in terms of requirements, we are looking for someone that is accustomed to running the full process of a property sale and has over 18 months experience in doing so.
The package on offer will be extremely enticing. It will be made up of a Basic salary circa £30,000, plus a mixture of sales fees and bonuses on top which will total up to £60,000 OTE.
