Salary: £24,440 - £26,520 per annum

Recently featured in OK Magazine's April 2023 issue as one of the "UK's Best Luxury Spas," this Garden Spa is seeking skilled Spa Therapists to join its dedicated team.
Set in a stunning Georgian manor near King's Lynn, Norfolk, the Hotel features 31 individually designed rooms, exceptional service, gourmet dining, and a luxurious spa facilities. Surrounded by sandy beaches, nature reserves, and historic sites, the spa is nestled in a renowned herb garden, signature treatments are enriched by the natural offering and the Elemental Herbology brand.

The Role:
As a Spa Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing and maintaining the highest standard of customer service. Your responsibilities will include delivering quality treatments, offering expert advice on spa procedures and products, and ensuring that each guest has a truly exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bespoke treatments including manicures, pedicures, massages, and facials.
- Reflect the positive image of the hotel and spa, delivering a warm, friendly, and professional service.
- Offer in-depth knowledge and advice on spa products and procedures.
- Work on a shift rota basis, including some weekends and bank holidays.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation within the spa.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 beauty therapy or equivalent qualifications.
- Fully qualified in manicures, pedicures, massage, and facials.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we welcome those with a genuine desire to prove themselves as first-time therapists.
- Passionate about delivering the best spa experience every day.
- Warm, friendly personality with a customer-focused approach.

Working Hours:
- 40 hours
- Usual treatment hours are 8am to 6:15 pm.
- 5 out of 7 days on a shift rota basis, planned two months in advance.
