HR Analyst - Limerick
Gibbs Hybrid is looking for an HR Analyst for a client in Limerick. 3 days a week onsite work. You will be supporting a busy HR and recruitment team with ad hoc duties covering the issuing of contracts, HR Admin, reporting and recruitment coordination and client services. The HR Analyst will provide cover and liaise with a wider EMEA team. This is a 12mth rolling contract, possibility to extend further or transition into something more permanent, if you do well.

- HR administration/ coordination
- Supporting the Recruitment processes
- Contract administration/issuing
- Good attention to detail
- Data quality/ client services
- Supporting wider EMEA HR team with queries
- Ability to manage ad hoc duties and multi-tasking
- Understand/identify possible risks and escalate.
- Issuing of contracts
- HR/Recruitment administration, reporting and scheduling
- Previous exposure to large enterprise or financial services, helpful
- Multi matrix structures or professional services also helpful.
