Description
- Preparing monthly management accounts.
- Taking an active role in process improvement and automation.
- Contributing to migration and implementation of new business
- Monitoring and evaluating financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed.
- Working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proficiency in accounting software and excellent spreadsheet skills.
- Experience or a keen interest in automation and process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of all aspects of an accounting function.
