Our client, a Luxury Retail company based in North London, are looking to recruit a personable, driven Graduate to join their small team. Working in an incredibly varied role with the ability to progress in a multitude of directions (you will be given lots of different responsibilities!), this is a great opportunity for the right candidate.
Our client have been established for close to 25 years and have a very dedicated base of both B2B and B2C clients in the UK and overseas (excitingly, they are really starting to grow in the US!). Due to their growth and consistent success, they are now seeking one more candidate to join them in a varied role, primarily assisting the Customer Service Manager to handle calls/emails/orders. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls/emails from a varied client base
- Acting as the first point of contact for all queries
- Offering an exceptional service to both B2B and B2C clients
- Preparing posts for social media platforms
- Booking in stock
- Loading new products onto Website
- General administrative duties
In addition to the above, you will also be given the platform to assist in the company's small Warehouse operation, specifically in busy periods (Mondays/Christmas), and assist with the following:
- Gift-wrapping orders
- Personalisation of orders (engraving/embossing)
- Picking orders (incredibly light products - no heavy lifting!)
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Educated to University level or equivalent (fresh Graduates encouraged to apply!)
- Fun, sociable personality
- Articulate telephone manner
- Genuine 'can do' attitude - open to getting involved in lots of different things!
Although not essential, any candidates with Customer Service experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
