Chef Job Summary:

Chef Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking activities
- Oversee the production of high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in the kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Supervise kitchen staff, provide training, and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Experienced Required:
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a hospitality setting
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
