Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Leadership: Oversee onboarding, inductions, and the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Employee Development: Conduct monthly 121s, manage training and development initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Handle ER cases with a people-centric approach.
