Role overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reports Administrator with a background in education to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing daily reports from our tutors, identifying areas where tutors may need additional support, and flagging any concerns that arise. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality of our tutoring services and ensuring that our tutors are equipped to provide the best possible support to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report Analysis: Review and analyse daily/quarterly/annually reports submitted by tutors, identifying key trends, issues, and areas of concern.
  • Tutor Support: Assess where tutors may need additional resources, guidance, or support, and communicate these needs to the appropriate team members.
  • Flagging Concerns: Proactively flag any concerns raised by tutors, such as student progress, engagement levels or safeguarding issues.
  • Communication: Liaise with tutors and the support team to address flagged issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of tutor reports, concerns raised, and actions taken, ensuring that all data is stored securely and confidentially.
  • Management Feedback: Provide regular feedback to the management team on recurring issues or potential areas for improvement in the tutoring process.
  • Identifying areas of Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the report analysis process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

??Education: Minimum of GCSE English at Grade 6/7/B or higher, a degree

in a relevant field is preferred but not essential.

?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Build connections and support effectively.

??High attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing and analysing reports.

??Excellent organisational and time-management abilities: Keep things running smoothly.

?? A background in education is essential, with experience in teaching, teaching assistant,

tutoring, or educational administration.

?? Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and potential issues from data reports.

?? Proactive Approach: Ability to take initiative, flag issues early, and work

collaboratively to resolve them.

?? Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM's, Microsoft Suite: Word.

?? Flexibility: Ability to work remotely or in the office, with strong time management skills to balance part-time hours effectively.
