We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a background in machining, aerospace or general manufacturing.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth by leveraging their technical expertise and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and engage potential customers in the machining and aerospace sectors, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of products and services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met and to provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to effectively position our offerings.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and generate new business leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, market conditions, and customer feedback to senior management.
