Based in rural Wiltshire, this successful business is offering a full-time position, working a flexible shift pattern with the ability to work additional anti-social hours.

The position of Communications Executive offers a salary up to £40,000 plus a range of excellent employee benefits to include plenty of team building social events. Reporting to the Head of Customer Support, your key responsibilities will focus on the capturing of feedback and service provision, experienced by new and existing valued customers, collaborating with all internal departments and external suppliers. Your dedication to obtaining continued customer satisfaction is critical to the success of this role.

Naturally, this role demands extensive telephone and email communication, taking time to investigate each customer experience, engaging with customers where amendments have been made to the original order, communicating those changes positively, with empathy, and understanding, offering additional solutions which may differ from the original product request. You will need to have a keen awareness of pricing points and cost calculations. Able to think on your feet and offer options which could incur further costs, therefore the ability to remain calm, act professionally and ensure that all communication is documented correctly, producing written correspondence to confirm exact requirements and outcomes is key.

For the position of Communications Executive this client seeks prior knowledge of sound customer service principles, the ability to demonstrate previous relevant skills gained from a customer driven environment. You will possess exceptional telephone and written communication skills, with a professional, enthusiastic and motivated personally, someone who is not flustered when faced with challenging situations, someone who can invest in the customer, with the patience to understand the customer point of view, whilst taking the needs of the wider business into consideration.
