The company:
An exciting opportunity to work with a well-established service provider with European operations

Main duties:
Using your analytical skills and working with end users, you will perform tests on systems before being put to use as well as provide support to the project team

The role:
- Analyse testing scenarios
- Provide and report results and recommendations to the testing manager
- Liaise with your internal teams coordinating the use of testing platforms
- Assist with administering programs
- Be knowledge of business rules and assist with implementation of new rules
- Log requests from internal customers for system improvement
- Analyse information on the testing platforms.
- Perform and evaluate testing required before implementation
- Analyse and provide confirmation to the IT department during the development of the system changes and upgrades.
- Identify, investigate and answer all questions and problems encountered

The candidate:
- Fluent in French (B2 level) required
- Previous experience in systems support, testing, IT environment is beneficial
- Computer literate
- ISTQB certificate in testing software is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- motivated with the ability to work autonomously
