Working with a leading organisation in Birmingham in their search for a permanent Business Analyst to join them. One day a week on site in Birmingham paying £55,000 base + bonus + 38 days holiday + excellent pension.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting detailed analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating the implementation of solutions. While the role is primarily located in Birmingham, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise
Strong Communication and Business Process understanding
Ability to gather and document Business Requirements
Experience in conducting detailed analysis and identifying improvement areas
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Knowledge of banking processes and regulations is a plus
Experience with project management methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preffered
