We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 solutions to meet the needs of our clients. As an expert in Microsoft 365, you will help organizations to maximize the value of their investments in the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring seamless collaboration, enhanced security, and efficient productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation & Strategy Development: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Develop customized Microsoft 365 strategies to align with their goals.
  • Implementation & Migration: Lead the deployment and migration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Customization & Optimization: Tailor Microsoft 365 solutions to meet specific client needs, including configuring security settings, automating workflows, and integrating with other business systems.
  • Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and IT teams on Microsoft 365 tools and best practices. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure that all Microsoft 365 implementations adhere to industry standards for security and compliance. Implement advanced security features such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Conditional Access.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on Microsoft 365 capabilities and limitations.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and policies. Generate regular reports on the performance and usage of Microsoft 365 services.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Knowledge of networking, identity management, and Active Directory.
