With a background in a similar management role, the successful candidate will need to be extremely well motivated with a proven track record of managing a sales team. A good understanding of CSI and Departmental Accounts is essential, as is the ability to keep tight control of the sales process, hit manufacturers targets and manage a significant sales performance. This is a busy dealership, so you will also be expected to motivate and train the quality sales team already in place. In return for your passion and dedication, the package on offer includes an excellent basic of £40,000 and OTE of £75,000, a company car, pension and many other benefits.
