The Company:
Our client is one of the largest global research companies. they are looking for a Head of Project Management to lead a successful team that encourages innovation and new ideas.
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. Your responsibilities would include leading a great team to deliver large, complex and exciting quantitative tracking studies. You would lead and create a supportive environment for the PM team and coach individuals. You will oversee costings as well as processes to ensure that the trackers are successful both commercially and technically.
About you:
You will have a proven track record of leading, inspiring and motivating project management teams. Strong quantitative market research tracking experience is a must. You'll use the skills you have already gained in this area to assess the best ways of working and implement improvements where needed. You would have a client first mindset and strong relationship skills.
