£22,250 per annum plus Civil Service Pension

They are delighted to open their apprenticeship for Trainee Pension Administrators again this year and give the opportunity to train and become a Pension Administrator.

During your apprenticeship you will work with experienced Pensions Administrators and receiving specialist training to provide you with the skills knowledge and experience to provide excellent customer service to their members. At the end of this two-year Level 3 apprenticeship programme, you will achieve a relevant qualification and be ideally placed to continue your career within this award-winning organisation.

The role supports the day-to-day activity of their Member Services Administration teams, carrying out the tasks necessary to ensure they fulfil their mission to pay the right person the right amount at the right time.

Their ideal candidate will have GCSEs in Math and English at Grade A-C / Grade 6 or above, good literacy and arithmetic skills, and good computing skills. Experience of providing service to customers is desirable as is a desire to work collaboratively with colleagues.

This position will close on 18 August for applications, they will be looking for interviews to take place after the role closes and for the apprenticeship to start mid/end of September 2024.
