The role in question is multifaceted, including responsibilities such as conducting property viewings, generating and booking valuations, negotiating offers, agreeing sales, and assisting buyers in finding their next home. Additionally, the position encompasses general office administration to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience as an estate agent or excellent sales and customer service skills in another industry and exhibit a strong motivation to foster business growth. Additional benefits include a mileage allowance to cover travel expenses and an uncapped commission structure, rewarding outstanding performance. The working schedule is considerate of work-life balance, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm, and one in every three Saturdays required, from 9.00am - 3.00pm.
