Salary: £26,000 - £29,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Henderson Brown is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity on behalf of our client based in Stamford who are seeking a Compliance and Risk Administrator. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a background in financial or money services, and a passion for fraud prevention and risk management.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to :
Maintain the CRM system and Dashboard to ensure up-to-date chargeback information.
Ensure the CRM system operates efficiently to support the team.
Contribute to critical business tasks, including onboarding new customers.
Utilize and maintain risk management software.
Assist providers with managing and responding to chargebacks.
Conduct regular audits of providers and raise escalation audits when necessary.
Requirements:
Experience in a financial/money services environment.
Expertise in the fraud, risk, and chargeback industry.
Strong customer service and complaint handling skills.
Proficient in using Office 365 products.
