£30,000 Base + Benefits & completely uncapped commission
Our client is a globally recognised market leader with over 50 years of expertise - Headquartered in Bristol they have five growing and dynamic divisions supplying Garden Retail, Horticulture, Sport, Industrial, and Fencing industries with offices in the UK, USA, Middle East and India.
About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you'll have the opportunity work closely with Sales Managers and Board Directors to grow and develop sales in our Commercial divisions. This will be a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate. You'll play a major role in developing and expanding clients within their sports sector. You'll sell sports netting and equipment into a multitude of sports clubs and locations including international cricket clubs & grounds, Football stadiums and training grounds and many other sports equipment locations.
The role will enable you to offer outstanding customer service, primarily over the phone, while managing relationships, generating leads, and maximising sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Customer Management
- Engage in regular and systematic phone follow-ups with customers, maintaining records in our CRM system.
- Advise potential and existing customers on products and services, sharing promotional updates and marketing information.
- Provide comprehensive customer service, including handling account inquiries.
- Regularly report to Senior Sales team.
Sales
- Actively contact customers to place or encourage orders and upsell product ranges.
- Re-engage lapsed customers, identify product gaps, and assist with merchandising and marketing materials.
- Follow up on leads generated by sales and marketing activities, identifying potential customers and making appointments for agents if needed.
- Visit sites as required or requested, supporting Sales Managers' day-to-day needs.
Research & Development
- Identify areas to strengthen brand presence and monitor competitor activity to explore potential opportunities.
- Build a pipeline of new leads, following up on both new and existing leads.
- Enter new customer and lead information into the CRM, and attend exhibitions and external events occasionally.
What You'll Bring
- We're looking for candidates with proven sales experience, a track record of telephone and face-to-face selling, and a solid understanding of margin requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficient IT abilities are essential.
- In our hands-on, small team environment, you'll need to take initiative, prioritise, and manage your workload effectively to meet targets and deadlines.
