Zest Education is collaborating with a outstanding school in Tamworth who are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves working Monday to Friday from September 2024 until April 2025, with the potential for the role to extend further based on performance.

To be successful in this role you must:
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for a teaching assistant to interact with both teachers and students clearly and confidently.
- Patience and Empathy: Working with students requires a great deal of patience and understanding. Empathy towards students' needs and challenges is vital.
- Experience working within a classroom environment, this role will require the successful candidate to work across EYFS through to KS2.
- Adaptability: Being adaptable and flexible in different situations helps teaching assistants handle unexpected challenges and changes smoothly.
- Team Player: Collaboration with teachers and other staff members is crucial for a teaching assistant to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

The successful candidate will be expected too:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons to students.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional help with their coursework.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment within the classroom.
- Help in preparing teaching materials and resources for lessons.
- Support the teacher in assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.

Pay will begin from £76.92 per day and will depend on experience and references.
