My Client is looking for someone to join their growing team in Manchester as an Air Sales/Operations Agent as part of their dynamic team, you'll play a key role in ensuring top-notch service in the wholesale airfreight business.
Your responsibilities will include compiling and negotiating sales quotations, creating reservations, and handling operational functions.
Key responsibilities will involve responding to quote requests promptly, compiling quotes by collaborating with airlines and suppliers, establishing target pricing, and building strong relationships with customers.
You'll also support their operations in both North and South, making bookings, completing import/export documentation, and overseeing job costings, customs entries, AWB creation, and cargo tracking.
