Fantastic opportunity for a Transport Shift Manager to join our growing team at our Premier Park Depot in Park Royal, London.

This is a key role within the distribution operation where you will have responsibility for ensuring our team of drivers are performing their role to the highest possible standards. Day to day you'll be involved in a wide variety of tasks from ensuring our drivers are adhering to all legislative requirements, company policies and ways of working to identifying & embedding new initiatives to improve the distribution operation.

To join us in this role, as well as having in depth transport operational knowledge and experience, you'll be a strong people leader - supporting the Distribution Manager in building a high performing team of drivers and administration colleagues. You'll have a solid understanding of key legislative requirements and ideally be CPC qualified or have a significant level of experience with a view to completing additional learning to obtain relevant qualifications. This is a varied job, where you will be not only be ensuring all costs are in line with the budgetary requirements but also taking a key role in creating the correct environment for our colleagues - leading by example and setting and maintaining standards in service, health, safety, and compliance.
