BRC are working with an established Housing Association in the South West to recruit for an experienced asbestos surveyor operating in Devon
Main Responsibilities:
- Operating across Devon, you will be carrying out management, refurbishment and demolition surveys in properties to assist the organization in meeting their legal requirements
- You will be carrying out single and multiple room surveys including roof and job specific surveys and full property management surveys
- Working to your diary, you will visit customers in their homes to carry out surveys to ensure that properties are compliant
- Liaise with contractors regarding works required for the safe removal of asbestos and planned works to be carried out
- Ensure all paperwork and information is logged and recorded accurately
Job Requirements
- Driver with access to own vehicle
- BOHS P402 / BOHS P405. (D)
- Degree in role related subject. (D)
- CIOB/CIH/RICS equivalent qualification in property surveying.
- Experience of undertaking property surveys working on a similar level within an RSL, local or public authority
