This successful leading Professional Services business are looking for an HR Manager to provide high quality, proactive advice and guidance all aspects of people management and HR led initiatives. Working closely with the Directors, you will lead their people strategy and work operationally in a role with lots of autonomy.
You will be excited by the prospect of joining a growing business and the level of ambiguity which sometimes comes with that. You will contribute to strategic decisions as well as support with the ongoing change and transformation of the business. You will thrive providing exceptional business partnering and have the ability to support employees in a fast paced, demanding environment.
This role allows for the perfect balance of working strategically, yet also delivering at an operational level. You will have a full Generalist remit whilst also be offered the opportunity for involvement in a wide range of projects. This role will provide a perfect platform for you to build on your existing experience with the support and guidance of a very experienced team.
As part of the leadership team, you will contribute ideas and be creative in your thinking. This is a fully Generalist role and will include everything from driving talent and people development plans, to ensuring that day-to-day performance management guidance is provided to leaders.
They are hybrid working either 2 or 3 days in the office and the remainder from home.
