As a key member of our expanding CRM team, you'll take on a crucial role in the strategic management and optimisation of our marketing automation platform, Pardot. This new role will focus on lead generation, lead nurturing, and enhancing overall marketing effectiveness. You will play a vital role in aligning marketing strategies with sales processes, ensuring seamless and effective customer relationship management. As the Pardot Specialist, you will act as a bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring accurate and precise data flow between Pardot and Salesforce, enabling smooth execution of campaigns and CRM processes.

What you'll be doing
A big part of your role will be to maintain the quality and integrity of our marketing data. As the Pardot Specialist, you'll leverage advanced data management tools like Cloudingo and Bureau van Dijk to keep our databases current and free of duplicates. You'll also establish best practices for data segmentation and enrichment, enabling more targeted and efficient campaigns. By championing for a data-driven approach within the marketing team, you'll provide accurate information to enable informed decisions, ultimately improving the overall customer experience. You will also be responsible for designing and executing complex email campaigns across various segments, developing and maintaining automation workflows, implementing A/B testing strategies, and providing detailed reporting on these initiatives. Additionally, you will offer actionable insights to drive the continuous improvement of our marketing strategies through in-depth analysis of campaign metrics and customer behaviours.
This role is crucial in supporting business growth by effectively leveraging Pardot to maximise our marketing efforts and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
