Our ideal Area Relief Manager will:
- A successful background in Contract Catering/Hospitality/Retail CateringExcellent leadership skillsGreat communication skills - written & oral communicationA good understanding of report writing and financial managementAn analytical approach to problem solvingA passion for food and customer servicePrevious budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility - proven track record in managing P&L and achieving budgetsIT literate
