Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.

Our client is a leading Asbestos Consultancy with a strong presence in the South East. They are now seeking to take on a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will be working alongside the company's established team of surveyors / analysts, working across Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Social Housing, Leisure, and Retail sites ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines, maintaining the company's reputation and high standards. This role would suit someone who is looking to join a continuously growing company who provide their employees with excellent training and progression. Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Fully versed in relevant HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Excellent communication and organisational skills.
The Role:
" Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" 4 stage clearances.
" Leak, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" Undertaking sampling of suspected ACMs on site, ensuring to bag and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Working in line with HSG 264 / 248 guidelines.
" Carrying out onsite audits in line with company / client needs.
" Gathering information from site to produce comprehensive reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
