Management Accountant

Job Duties:
- Provide accurate management reports to assist to business stakeholders
- Produce month/year end journals
- Prepare management accounts
- Analyse financial information to assist business profitability & growth
- Produce financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis & board packs
- Lead, manage & develop a small finance team
- Review accounting/business processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations
- Working on a US subsidiary as the main point of contact

Ideal experience
- 3 years' experience in a fast-paced working environment (retail or ecommerce ideally)
- Excellent analytical skills and strong commercial acumen
- Strong level of Excel skills
- Proactive, structured, and disciplined approach to work
- Ability to identify and support ad hoc project requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and relationship-building skills
